I programmed here for 3 weeks and the results were that I recovered, my body felt very good, healthy and balanced.

The first week of the detox i felt that all of my toxin are gone. And then continue with the balancing program. Eat healthy and nutrisious food which taste is amazing (surprisingly good). Even better from all the healthy restaurant around canggu and seminyak area. With the ozone therapy that make my skin and my face is younger, and also spa treatment everyday. Its soo relaxing.
After a month i felt that my energy level is high, i can walk for a long distance without loosing breath, and for the bonus is my weight reduce for 10kg.

I opted for the detox program, and she for the balancing program. We love the fact that the programs are grounded deeply in Ayurveda, but also incorporate elements of naturopathy, oxygen therapy, and other tried and tested approaches to natural health. We felt amazing and can attest to the quality of the resort, the quality of the food and beverages, the quality of the treatments, and the quality of the facilities. All excellent! Also, it's in a gorgeous location with nourishing views, and within a short distance to gorgeous white sand beaches.
